BWY FOUNDATION COURSE- Sept 2017 - March 2018

An engaging, inspiring course that offers the opportunity to deepen your understanding and practice of yoga both on and off the mat.

Through 10 workshop days spread out over 6 months, you will be encouraged to immerse yourself in asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra and relaxation alongside the study of yoga`s roots, philosophy and core texts.

This is a journey of personal development, self-enquiry and exploration that guides you towards integrating yoga into your daily life.

Summer Yoga Holiday
Yoga for Life with Tuesday McNeill and Marc Woolford Huzur Vadisi, Turkey
July 10 - 17 2017

Huzur Vadisi is the perfect antidote to 21st century living. During the week we will focus on the principles of yoga in greater depth than a general class allows, exploring themes such as: finding freedom in the breath; establishing a stable foundation; challenging our self imposed limitations; moving from the core; developing mindfulness through breathing and meditation exercises.

Each day we have two sessions - one in the morning usually about 7.30 - 9.15 followed by a fresh and healthy breakfast. The day is then yours (punctuated by home cooked lunch) to either relax by the pool, walk in the pine forests, swing in the hammocks or explore the local harbour town of Gocek. The evening session is from 5.30 to around 7.45 and supper is at 8.

There is a day off when group outing is organised, usually a boat trip but other options are available such as a visit to the summer pastures and to local market towns.

Investment: 715 includes all accommodation (single room supplement applies price 160), 3 meals a day and all yoga.
It does not include flights to Dalaman, insurance, transfers or day trips.

Living Yoga - a life of balance

Living Yoga is a series of 5 in-depth yoga workshops, offering an opportunity to explore a variety of yoga exercises and techniques that promote positive emotional health and enhanced physical well-being. By the end of the course you will have a clear idea yoga`s principles for healthy living and how to use them for yourself on a daily basis.

Each workshop includes yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, information about anatomy, physiology, basic nutrition, interactive discussion and personal enquiry. Handouts for each session will be provided and students will given practical homework assignments and encouraged to write a reflective journal.
